The site 74 Spadina Ave has taken complex Space in its role with a Wide range of Versatile units.
This led me to believe that such structures should be designed and constructed to allow for Adaptation. In order for them to be able to support the changing of use. I believe Modularity in 74 Spadina Ave can tackle the shortcomings of two adjoining heritage structures and provide users with more Flexibility, and Adaptable interfaces with standardized repair, durability and personalization with systematic design, while also being sustainable and resilient to the effects of time.
Starting with its own unique story, these concept elements define what a hotel looks like, what services if offers, how it present and markets itself and how its staff interacts with customers.
